Instructions on Purchasing
Email or Call to obtain contract sale documents for Real Estate Sales
Contract.  Send $1000 cashier's check made out to Title Guaranty or the
Hawaiian Title Company of your choice along with the completed contract
sales documents to the above address.  Your documents and deposit
will be mailed overnight to the title company (Title Guaranty) or Hawaiian
Title Company of your choice.  Closing costs include title insurance and
title company fees to process this transaction.  Approximate Fees are

questions regarding closing costs and closing times.  All Sales are Final
and properties are first come first serve.

All Lots are Zoned Residential.  There is a minimum house size of 800
square feet as outlined by the Covenants and Restrictions by the
Association.  House type can be modular, custom or cabins.  

Before any new structure can be built, a set of building plans must be
submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval that the plans are in
compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions.

Homeowner Association Fees and Property Taxes are approximately
$100 each per year.  There is no time limit to build.

Power is available at each lot.  Water for your future home requires
catchment.  A septic system is required for sewage.
